5/6 Lowering Kit for 2002-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD V6 — Spindles, Coils, Front & Rear Shocks

Product Description:

Lower your 2002–2008 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD V6 5" in front and 6" in the rear. Combines 2" drop spindles with 3" front lowering coils. The rear axle flip kit provides a 6" rear drop. Front and rear shocks are included. Rear U-bolts are required and sold separately; see related products.

IMPORTANT: Factory rear spring plates can break loose after a flip-kit installation because the factory welds are incomplete. We strongly recommend having a qualified welder fully weld the plates to the axle tubes during installation.

Vehicle Fitment Notes:

• IMPORTANT: The factory rear spring plates are not fully welded to the axle tubes. Installing a flip kit places upward force on these plates, which can cause them to break loose. We strongly recommend having the factory spring plates fully welded to the axle tubes by a qualified welder during installation.
• Fits 2WD models only — will NOT fit 4WD trucks.
• The drop spindles require 17" or larger rims.
• The drop spindles extend track width by approx. 0.5" per side.
• Does NOT fit SRT-10 models.
• The front coils in this kit fit V6 models only.
• A C-notch is REQUIRED at this rear drop and is NOT included — see our kit versions with the C-notch.
