Ordering & Shipping


All shipments are shipped with either Fedex Ground or United States Postal Service.  Some items cannot be shipped to PO Box locations without an additional fee.  

The cutoff for same day shipping is 12PM (EST), Monday-Friday.  Parts ordered must be in stock for the order to ship. If a part is out of stock you will receive an email with an expected availability date. Once an order has shipped, average Fedex Ground transit time is an additional 1 to 4 working days. * Please Note: Depending on the items ordered, Hawaii and Alaska shipments may be shipped with USPS. This would have them delivered much sooner.


Shipment Issues:

Any shipment shortage or issues must be reported within 5 business days. For any packaging errors, you must provide us with information on the items / packages you received (part numbers, pictures, etc.)  This will help our quality assurance team in preventing future issues.  All issues for incorrect parts received, etc will be handled in an expedited manner. 


Back Orders:

If an item is out of stock, the customer will receive an email notification indicating the item is on back order and an expected ship date. 


Free Shipping:

Free shipping is offered for every item on the site that is being shipped to the continental United States (Lower 48 states).  Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam.  Shipments can still be made to these locations but there are surcharges for them.  


International Shipments:

Orders shipped Internationally may be subject to tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments, Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and / or Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping/handling charges provided during checkout do NOT include any of these fees. Please check your local importation offices before making a purchase to understand what the fees will be.  All shipments are declared as Merchandise Sale.
